Watt’s Truck Center is sill open and ready to provide all of our services but we have made some changes to help protect our employees and our valued customers from COVID-19 exposure.

• Masks. In compliance with Gov. Wolf’s latest orders, all customers and employees must wear masks when interacting inside the building. Customers must be wearing a protective mask to enter the building and the mask must remain on while in the building. Customers may call 724-668-2201 to request outside curb service if needed.

• No sales calls. We are keeping our outside sales people in house during the outbreak. This includes truck sales as well as outside parts sales. They will be making phone calls to customers instead of onsite visits. We would appreciate no walk in sales calls from our vendors as well.

• Limited interaction. Our delivery team will still be making deliveries but with limited interaction. We ask that you designate a place to put incoming parts orders and invoice signatures are not required. Less interaction is safer for everyone! The Parts Lobby is open but all social distancing and mask rule apply. Curb side pick up is available by calling: 724-668-2201.

• Service Department. Our Service Department is continuing to get trucks in and out of the shop as fast as possible but we are taking extreme care in disinfecting high touch areas and surfaces as well as keys and other transferables. The shop and office areas are off limits to customers.

• Facility lock down. If you visit our facility, please be aware and comply with our restrictions. Customers are permitted in the Parts Lobby area ONLY! Our parts, sales, office and service staff can help you efficiently from there. Traffic areas and surfaces will be deep cleaned and disinfected regularly.

• Social distancing. We are banning all hand shakes and limiting interaction space to 3-6 feet for safety. Please keep this in mind when interacting with all of our personnel as well as other customers inside the building.
