Will these fit an 05 and 07 chn 613? Also do they have a left hand and right hand side or are the universal?

Yes, as long as it is an axle forward truck with flat/flush mounted headlights.

Will these LED's work on a superliner?

No, these lights will not work on a Superliner. We can custom order some LED headlights for the Superliner but no fender mounted turn signals that I know of.
