Is this water based? can i use in a ultrasonic cleaner, ie Hornady Lock n Load. Does it need heat or room temp ok? Does it leave the "weapons shield" lubricity on the parts? DOES IT SMELL GOOD???

No, not water based, but it is environmentally safe, SDS non-toxic and non-flammable. Water based solvents are nice in some circumstances but always less effective.

It can be used in a sonic cleaner. It can be used at room temperature, or it can be warmed up to 90% safely.

It does have a pleasant, cinnamon scent!
