B-Model brake pedal kit includes pedal assembly, new single circuit treadle valve and R-Model style treadle adapter plate.  NOTE: This item will required some modification to your floor panel to work, the base included does not have the same angle as the original B-Model base.  You can re-use your old base plate, with this pedal kit, if in good condition.  (Original B-Style base plates are NLA at this time)
