This item is a complete tie rod assembly for your B61 or similar truck.  It includes the cross tube and L & R end sockets.   Should fit most applications that require 3/4" threads at the steering spindle.  Tube length is 59.5" long.  This assembly is the modern style upgrade with male threaded ends and female threaded tube.
